Mrs. Porter's Dual Credit Class at "Choose UCM Day"
On March 31, Mrs. Bettels' foods classes participated in a Healthy Cooking Competition with the Bates County Health Center. Mrs. Otter came and spoke to the classes about healthy meals, and then challenged the students to come up with an appetizer, main course, and dessert to compete against other schools in Bates County.
