YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE ONLINE REGISTRATION COMPLETED, SUBMITTED, AND APPROVED BEFORE... A. Elementary Students: before back to school night. B. Junior High and High School Students: before coming to the building and getting your schedules. Please log in with your username and password using the following instructions. Your username will be your full email address. If you do not have or remember your password, you should have a reset password email in your inbox or can click "Forgot Password." 1. Go to our website: butlerr5.org 2. Click Menu, and under "For Parents," click Parent Portal. 3. Enter your unique username and password. 4. Once you have successfully logged on, use the menu bar at the top to select your child and the area that you would like to view. 5. You will be prompted to complete online registration on a yellow bar across the screen. Click "View" to start registration. Registration documents save as you enter them. You do not have to complete registration in one sitting. However, your registration will not be considered until you submit it completely. MSHSAA Athletics Meeting: There will be an all sport parent/student MSHSAA meeting in the auditorium next Monday, August 8th, at 6:00 P.M. All parents and students who plan to participate in any sport throughout the year should plan to attend the meeting. Back-To-School Information
Sports Physicals Information: Please bring your sports physicals to your first practice this fall. Coaches will collect them and Coach Duvall will upload them to SIS. If you have already turned one in this summer, Coach Duvall has it already. Remember, all six pages must be completed and turned in for the physical to be complete. Fall HS practices will begin on August 8th. Fall JH practices will begin on August 15th. Please be on the lookout for practice times as we will begin posting them soon.

As a reminder, if your child has a physical on the PRIVIT app that we have utilized the last two years and it is still good for this upcoming year, you will need to log in to your account and download the pictures if you do not still have the original copy. Parents and students will lose their PRIVIT access on July 1st. You will soon be able to download physicals to SIS when the function becomes available.

JH girls (6-8) basketball camp will be held at the high school gym from 4 to 6 pm on June 15-17. All participants must have a current physical. Please bring a copy with you if it has not already been submitted. No sign-up form is required. Individuals need to show up to participate.

All individuals planning to participate must have a current physical. An announcement will be posted at a later date with information regarding open gyms for JH girls grades 6-8.
