The Bears defeat Warsaw and will play Cole Camp in Cole Camp tomorrow at 3:00 p.m. for the district championship!
New physicals will be turned in (hard copy) to the school. There will be no upload available.
In conjunction with the new physical evaluation forms and process required by the Missouri State High School Activities Association, the Butler R-V School District will require ALL STUDENTS that plan to participate in band or any athletics next year, to receive a new physical evaluation for the upcoming school year. Below you will find links to both the new physical evaluation form and the annual requirements form (also put out in April).
When returning the forms to school, ONLY the last page of the physical evaluation form and the annual requirements should be returned. The first three pages of the physical evaluation form should be left on file with your physician or at home.
Butler will be providing free physicals on July 27th. As we get closer to that date, more information will be provided. These physicals are for all students interested in band or athletics in grades 6-12 next year. You may receive a physical on your own prior to that date if you would prefer.
