JH Student Council members giving back to our community

Athletic Physical Information: Butler R-V will be transitioning online physicals to SIS starting August 1st. While PRIVIT has helped streamline the physicals, SIS has a function now that allows for parents to upload documents straight to the system from any device. This in return, allows SIS to be a one-stop-shop for all student information anywhere from enrollment to physicals for the Butler R-V School District.
PRIVIT logins will expire on July 1st. For those who have physicals on PRIVIT that are good through next year, may login and print or download those documents and later upload once the SIS function is available. For those who will be getting new physicals this summer, please fill out all six forms by hand and turn into coaches for summer activities. Once SIS is available, you can then upload the physical for school access.
Once again, physical evaluations are good for two years from the evaluation date unless noted by the physician. MSHSAA requires that the Annual Documents (pages 4-6) be filled out every year.
Physicals are now required for band members, flag corps, color guard, and twirlers. Because this is a new by-law per MSHSAA, those participants who only need a physical for those activities have until August 1st.
Any other student wanting to participate in summer athletics must have a current physical available to participate.
Questions may be addressed to Coach Duvall at jake.duvall@butler.k12.mo.us.
