  • On Saturday, September 14, cross country traveled to Holden for our second meet of the year where it was 59 degrees at start time, which is perfect! We had some good performances and Korry Davis and Brielle Campbell both earned their first career medals in a varsity race!

On Wednesday, September 18 we traveled to Drexel. Conditions were vastly different. So much so that the heat forced the race to be reduced to a 2 mile race (normally it's 3.1 miles). Times were a little slow for all runners, BUT we brought home 5 medals. Patrick Bell and Korry Davis were medalists, and we had 3 first time medalists - John Buford, Zeke Martin, and Hunter Stevenson.

We travel to Clinton this Saturday, hoping to avoid the incoming storms! ALL of our runners will be running at 8:30 am.
